Meet Jeffrey and Kelsey Chalko-Mique
They lead as Campus Directors for Chi Alpha Hawaii at the University of Hawaii, Oahu. Jeffrey and Kelsey have a calling to bring revival to the University campus in Hawaii by bringing the word of Jesus and raising up the students as leaders. They have seen transformation in so many students’ lives already. Here are some of the Obstacles they face.
RANKED AMONG THE WORLD’S MOST DEPRESSED UNIVERSITIES. WHY?
- Domestic abuse
- Dark traditional spirituality
- Poverty and victim mentality.
- MOST IMPORTANTLY, THEY DO NOT KNOW THE GOSPEL!
Why the trip
Our goal is to help Chi Alpha bring light to the darkness in Hawaii. We’ll support the local college ministry by training leaders to improve social media outreach, making the gospel more visible. We’ll also teach alternative advertising methods to help the ministry become self-sufficient and expand its impact. Plus, our team will take part in street missions, sharing Jesus directly with the community.
