HUMBLE LEADERSHIP

By the grace of God, Pastor Mark explores what humble leadership looks like. He admits he’s not in any place to talk about it, but he still wants to bestow what wisdom he has gleaned while being a leader. The best example we have is the greatest and most humble leader, Jesus. When Jesus’ disciples pursue greatness, he doesn’t rebuke them for their desire for greatness, but redirects it to being a servant. We live in a world where everyone wants to be served and no one wants to serve.

Humility allows a leader to serve and be served. Humble leadership can also celebrate the victories of others instead of becoming competitive and jealous.
