About

Real Faith is a family Bible-teaching ministry from Pastor Mark Driscoll, his wife Grace Driscoll, and their oldest daughter Ashley Chase.

It's All About Jesus!

Faith that does not result in good deeds is not real faith. -James 2:20

Real Faith is truly a family ministry, founded by Pastor Mark Driscoll and his wife Grace as well as their daughter Ashley. Together, they cover topics for the whole family from leadership to marriage and parenting, Spanish resources, and beyond. As always, it’s all about Jesus, so you’ll find Bible-centered teaching, daily devotions, classes, videos, study guides, and more, created for real people with real questions about real life with Jesus. You can even sign up for emails so all these resources are delivered to your inbox. We hope and pray that God transforms your life and legacy as you discover His Word and are empowered by His Spirit.

PASTOR MARK DRISCOLL

Born in North Dakota in 1970, Mark Driscoll grew up the son of a union drywaller in south Seattle. After graduating from high school, he attended Washington State University on scholarship. He graduated from WSU with a Bachelor’s degree in Speech Communication from the Edward R. Murrow School of Communication. He later completed a Master’s degree in Exegetical Theology from Western Seminary in Portland, Oregon.

Most importantly, Pastor Mark is a family man. In 1988, when Pastor Mark was a 17-year-old high school student, a young woman named Grace gave him a nice Bible. Mark, a non-practicing Catholic at the time, was born again reading that Bible in college. He and Grace were married at the age of 21, graduated at 22, and planted a church at 25 in the living room of their home, while both working full time jobs. At the age of 26 they welcomed their first child, Ashley, and today have three sons and two daughters. The Driscoll kids are all walking with Jesus and helped plant The Trinity Church in Scottsdale, Arizona as a family ministry.

Pastor Mark has debated Deepak Chopra on one of his multiple appearances on ABC’s Nightline; discussed marriage with Barbara Walters on The View; bantered with the hosts at Fox and Friends; co-hosted Loveline with Dr. Drew; and argued for the truth of God’s Word on separate occasions with Piers Morgan and D.L. Hughley on CNN. Additionally, he has authored books including Win Your War and Real Marriage (with his wife Grace), Christians Might Be Crazy, Spirit-Filled Jesus, Who Do You Think You Are, Vintage Jesus, Doctrine, and many more.

GRACE DRISCOLL

Grace Driscoll has been in ministry her entire life as a pastor’s daughter and then a pastor’s wife. She is the mother of five children, all walking with Jesus and serving at The Trinity Church, which they planted as a family ministry. She co-authored Real Marriage and Win Your War and oversees the Flourish women’s ministry at Trinity. Her public relations degree was put to use when she joined Mark talking about Jesus on The View, Fox and Friends, and Loveline.

ASHLEY CHASE (FORMERLY DRISCOLL)

Ashley is the Driscolls’ oldest of five children. She studied theology at Capernwray Bible School in Costa Rica, is a graduate with honors from the Master’s program at Arizona State University’s Barrett Honors College, recently married, and is a gifted Bible teacher, speaking and writing fluently in English and Spanish. She is involved with missions at The Trinity Church, is the Director at Real Faith, and was a campus leader for a prayer tent that has prayed day and night for over 10 years at Arizona State University, the largest university in America. She is currently co-authoring Pray Like Jesus with her dad to encourage people to learn to pray to God as Father.

With a skillful mix of bold presentation, accessible teaching, and unrelenting compassion for those who are hurting the most—particularly women who are victims of sexual and physical abuse and assault—Pastor Mark has taken biblical Christianity into cultural corners rarely explored by evangelicals. He has been grilled by Whoopi Goldberg and Barbara Walters on The View, gone head-to-head with Piers Morgan on CNN, debated the existence of evil with Deepak Chopra on ABC’s Nightline, bantered with the gang on Fox and Friends, and explained biblical sexuality on Loveline with Dr. Drew. Pastor Mark and Grace are also featured guests with Marriage Today on their Real Marriage podcast.
