Historic churches are dying & their buildings will never be used again for worship as entertainment & businesses take them over. Getting zoning to build a new church is nearly impossible in most major cities so this is a crisis. 

Smaller churches are dying & mega-churches are growing in what is likely a massive post-COVID shift that is reshaping church in America.  The question to be answered is whether this is good or bad??
