  1. Pray in the morning, pray in the evening, and pray in the middle
  2. Listen to the sermon your body is preaching
  3. When things get darker, you go deeper
  4. Choose faith over fear
  5. Transfer the burden to the Lord
  6. Rejoice with those who rejoice, and weep with those who weep
  7. Find your joy manna every day
  8. Be the Barnabas
