1 John 4:1-6 Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world. 1 Samuel 15:23 [NLT] Rebellion is as sinful as witchcraft, and stubbornness as bad as worshiping idols.
- Because I’m right and they are wrong, it’s time to force my change
3. Defeat division with unity
Romans 16:17-20 watch out for those who cause divisions and create obstacles contrary to the doctrine that you have been taught; avoid them. For such persons do not serve our Lord Christ…I want you to be wise as to what is good and innocent as to what is evil. The God of peace will soon crush Satan under your feet. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you.

1). Wise – Spirit = win/win
2). Foolish – Flesh = win/lose
3). Evil – Demonic = lose/lose
Healing from Church Hurt
- Hurt
- Decision pull hell up or invite heaven down
- Bitterness is defeated by forgiveness
- Lies are cast out by the truth
- Inner vow is broken by covenant with God
- Fight or flight is replaced by faith
- Fight – declare war
- Flight – isolation (vs solitude)
